약력
이 사회의 나의 위치는 조각가인 동시에 엄마, 아내, 선생의 역할로 공통된 모습으로 반영하는 공유된 경험이다. 그래서 모두 순수하게 연결되어있다. 공유된 경험 속에서 나의 관심사는 인간이고, 가족이며, 나의 일상이다. 가족은 나의 예술에 있어서 가장 주된 매체이다. 나의 기억의 시선은 항상 가족에게 머물러 있고 그것은 작품으로 표현된다. 내가 갈망하고, 되고 싶어하는 나의 모습은 가족 안에 있다. 다행히 나의 작품 속에서 그것을 반영하고 해석하고 길을 지금도 찾아가고 있다.
My position in this society is a “shared experience” that contains the roles as a mother, wife, and teacher while being a sculptor. They are all connected. My interests in the shared experience are human, family, and their daily lives. Family is the main media of my artworks. My attention always follow my family and it is expressed by artworks. The image that I long for and want to be is in my family. Fortunately, I am still reflecting and interpreting it in my work and looking for a way to express them.
